UPDATE 09/25/20

We are very busy working behind the scenes on creating a new Caletoni website for our customers (www.caletonifood.com) this will have lots of new and exciting products and a nicer & easier shopping experience for our customers. 

The website will show live shipping pricing from multiple shipping carriers with heavily discounted rates all based on the weight of your parcel. You will see many exciting changes to the new website and we are very excited to reveal this to you. 

We anticipate this to be complete by the end of October 2020. Please follow us on social media for regular updates & discount codes.

Updated COVID-19 Information (06/17/20)

Firstly we would like to thank all of our customers for your continued support with our small business, we have been working hard behind the scenes to keep our website running whilst doing our best to stick to our government guidelines. 

We have been experiencing some stock issues with our suppliers here in the UK, these have been as a result of the worldwide pandemic. In some cases we may have to cancel your order, refund the unavailable items or substitute some of the items for the same product but a different brand. In the case of substituting the items we will try our very best to get the closest substitute available, in most cases this will be under a different brand name. If you would not like any substitutes please add this as a note in your order. 

Shipping Information

Unfortunately due to the pandemic we have had to withdraw our Free Shipping service, this is as a result of Royal Mail & USPS raising their prices by 100% and we simply cannot absorb these extra costs as a business. These changes have taken effect as of the end of March 2020 and they do not have an end date as of yet. Since we reopened our website on May 1st we have only been offering the shipping service with DHL which is an expedited service. 

We have some exciting new products waiting to be added to our website including a whole new range of the very popular and very British Marks & Spencer range. 

We are really looking forward to the future with Caletoni and we hope you can join in on our journey into the better half of 2020.
