Harvey Nichols Soft Amaretti are specially produced in the small village of Sassello, in the heart of Liguria. These unique soft centred biscuits, still prepared by hand, are baked to the original recipe which dates back to 1860. Delicious on their own or when served with wine or a liqueur, with ice cream and best of all coffee. There are two styles of Amaretti, the hard crunchy biscuit and the soft cake. Harvey Nichols have specially chosen this style because of its delicate flavour and wonderful soft texture.
