Marks and Spencer Ginger Snaps

If you haven't ever tried these and you like ginger snaps in general, you should definitely put them on your bucket list. They are unique in the world of ginger snaps. Their taste is amazing. They are a delicious cookie, which is great all by itself, but then they have little nuggest of sweet ginger scattered through the cookie, something like chocolate chips in a choc-chip cookie. Dip them in tea or take a bite followed by a sip of tea and the warmth of the tea softens the ginger nuggets, releasing that taste. The experience is delightful. Based on years of random sampling of ginger cookies of just about every type, with and without tea, this is the best overall gingersnap currently in existence (known to the sampler, at least). They turn a routine biscuit-and-tea break into something notable and uplifting.
